Project Goals:

I interviewed the subject matter experts and then I identified project goals, applicable digital tools, and objectives. I co-wrote the script, along with the subject matter experts, created the storyboard, and the visual style. I worked with the Graphic Design Manager and Communications Director to coordinate the narration recording (done by the subject matter experts in their respective languages).

The cohort was fully recruited by Fall 2023 and cohort members reported that the video was helpful to identify the goals, requirements, and next steps of the program which was previously reported as unclear.
